Nikki Halgren is the “Girl Behind the Glee”. Nikki grew up in Utah with a very creative Momma, and a Daddy who was a great businessman. She inherited traits from both parents, and has managed to combine her creativity and her passion for business in every position she has held. Her creative mind has always been saturated with color and vibrant whimsical designs, and her heart has always been bursting with love for the warmth of nostalgic design. But around the time of her 30th birthday, after relocating to Tulsa and taking a corporate job with little potential, Nikki was feeling uninspired by her surroundings, and lost with no creative outlet into which she could channel her colorful energy. That feeling of being adrift in a sea of beige was just the kick in the pants that Nikki needed to reignite her imagination. So she dusted off her paintbrushes and got to work developing this spark of an idea that had bounced around in her brain since she was a little girl. Nikki felt herself come back to life, and she forged full steam ahead with a vintage-inspired line of jewelry for the modern girl. She drew inspiration from current color and fashion trends while still staying true to her retro roots. With the birth of

Gleeful Peacock, this prismatic girl once again felt at home in her own skin and is now flourishing as the artist and entrepreneur she always knew she was.

“Nostalgia is a huge part of my inspiration, as well as color trends, vintage themes, and nature. We are always right on trend, but it’s very important to me that our designs still feel true to my own vision and speak to my soul.”

Spread love, kindness, and glee!
